Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product should be in the same condition as delivered.

3. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

4. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.

5. Shipping Charges

Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

7. No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
